Creating Your Account
You can create a Fitly account in three ways:
- Email and Password - Traditional sign-up method
- Google Sign-In - Use your existing Google account
- Apple Sign-In - Quick sign-in with your Apple ID (iOS only)

- Enter your age, gender, height, and weight

Common Issues
App crashes or freezes
Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall. Make sure you're running the latest version.
Camera not working for meal scanning
Go to device Settings → Fitly → Camera and enable camera permissions. Restart the app after granting permission.
Subscription not showing as active
Tap 'Restore Purchases' in the app (Profile → Subscription). If still not working, contact contact@fitly-app.com with your purchase receipt.

What data do we collect?
We collect only essential data to provide personalized fitness recommendations: profile info, workout history, nutrition logs, and progress photos. We never sell your data.
